Kale and Dill Frittata Muffins

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 small kale leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 8 eggs
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/3 cup feta cheese
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ teaspoon mustard
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Brush the muffin pan with oil
- Whisk the eggs, milk, garlic, mustard, dill, salt, and pepper
- Pour the egg mixture into the muffin cup
- Put chopped kale, tomatoes, and feta into each mixture
- Bake for 20-22 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper
- Serve and enjoy
