Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 small frozen peaches
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger/tumeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon matcha
  • Chia seeds
  • Ice  

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients besides chia seeds and ice in a high-speed blender until smooth
  2. Add in ice and blend again
  3. Garnish with some chia seeds
  4. Serve and enjoy
