Kale Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 kale leaves
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 small frozen peaches
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon grated ginger/tumeric powder
- ½ teaspoon matcha
- Chia seeds
- Ice
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients besides chia seeds and ice in a high-speed blender until smooth
- Add in ice and blend again
- Garnish with some chia seeds
- Serve and enjoy
