Lettuce and Parsley Prawn Rice Paper Rolls
Ingredients:
- 8 rice paper sheets
- 1 lettuce
- 1 carrot stick
- 8 prawns
- 60 g rice vermicelli
- 4 sprigs of parsley
Instructions:
- Cook the shrimp and remove the shell
- Soak the vermicelli in hot water then drain it
- Cut and shred the lettuce and carrot
- Fully dip the rice paper into a bowl of water until softened
- Place the parsley, lettuce, carrot, prawns, and vermicelli onto the rice paper
- Roll and enclose it
- Serve and enjoy
