Tarragon and Lemon Baked Fish
Ingredients:
- 4 fish filets (such as tilapia or cod)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F
- Season the fish filets with salt and pepper
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chopped tarragon, minced garlic, and white wine
- Place the fish filets in a baking dish and pour the olive oil mixture over them
- Arrange the lemon slices on top of the fish filets
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork
- Serve the tarragon and lemon baked fish hot, garnished with additional chopped tarragon if desired
