Calendula oil

Keep this floral oil in your first aid kit for any scrapes, bites, or other ailments. Calendula is known for its ability to treat acne and control bleeding.

Ingredients:

• Calendula flowers
• Oil of your choice eg. olive oil, avocado oil etc.

Instructions:

1. Cut the flower heads off your calendula plant when they have bloomed.
2. Dry the flower heads in a dehydrator and pluck the petals off
3. Fill mason jar with oil and add in petals.
4. Cover it and let soak for a month in a sunny area.
5. Strain with cheesecloth and place in a mason jar.
